Wrinkle depth, hydration, elasticity and firmness: explore the AGELESS 90-day evaluation, its methods and the women’s experience.
SKINĒDIT PARIS · AGELESS RESEARCH
Skincare starts deeper. Evidence brings it into focus.
AGELESS was created for women who expect more from their anti-ageing routine: advanced nutritional skincare, a complete formulation and documented skin results. SKINĒDIT commissioned Complife Italia to evaluate the finished formula over 90 days under dermatological supervision.
Wrinkle depth, hydration, elasticity and firmness: four instrumental parameters were followed. Here we present the group results, the methods and the participants’ own experience.

Four dimensions of skin quality, measured after 90 days
The changes below are the mean of individual percentage changes from baseline to month three among the 32 women who completed the protocol.
| Parameter | Mean change | Method |
|---|---|---|
| Crow’s-feet wrinkle depth | −11.2% | PRIMOS 3D profilometry |
| Stratum corneum hydration | +29.4% | Corneometer CM 825 |
| Gross elasticity, R2 | +3.2% | Cutometer MPA 580 |
| Skin distensibility, R0 | −3.4% | Cutometer MPA 580 |
A reduction in R0 means the skin deforms less under the instrument’s suction, an indicator of firmness. An increase in R2 indicates better elastic recovery.
All four changes were statistically significant compared with baseline: p < 0.001 for hydration and wrinkle depth; p = 0.018 for R2; p = 0.002 for R0. Statistical significance alone does not describe the visible magnitude of a change.
Open-label before-and-after study, without a placebo group. Participants also used a base cream supplied by the laboratory. The findings describe changes under these conditions and cannot isolate the capsules’ effect from other factors. Individual results vary.
The complete formula, followed for three months
Ingredient research helps shape a formula. Evaluating the finished product adds another perspective: what is observed when participants take the complete combination within a defined protocol.
- Testing facility: Complife Italia S.r.l., Italy.
- Supervision: Dr Enza Cestone, specialist in dermatology and venereology.
- Panel: 33 women enrolled, 32 completed. Eligible age range: 35–60; enrolled ages: 37–60. Participants were Caucasian women with dry skin and mild-to-moderate signs of ageing.
- Studied regimen: two capsules every evening for 90 days, alongside a common base cream supplied by the laboratory.
- Assessments: baseline and three-month measurements, clinical assessment of skin appearance and a final questionnaire.
- Measurement conditions: controlled temperature and humidity, with an acclimatisation period before measurements.
- Follow-up: one participant withdrew for personal reasons unrelated to the product.
What the instruments measure
PRIMOS: a three-dimensional analysis of the skin surface measures crow’s-feet wrinkle depth in micrometres.
Corneometer: an electrical measurement provides information about hydration in the outermost skin layer.
Cutometer: controlled suction measures skin deformation and recovery. R0 and R2 describe different properties; their percentages should not be added together.
Measurements, and the women’s experience
At day 90, participants answered a questionnaire about their skin. The figures below combine “agree” and “completely agree” responses among the 32 completing participants.
- 96.9% found their skin appeared firmer, with more elasticity.
- 96.9% found their skin looked and felt plumper.
- 93.8% found their skin felt smoother to the touch.
- 90.6% found their facial contours looked more defined and tighter.
- 90.6% felt their skin was less dry during the day.
- 84.4% found their skin had a more youthful appearance.
- 68.8% found fine lines less visible, particularly around the eyes and mouth.
These responses describe perception. They are presented separately from instrumental measurements so that each result retains its meaning.
The clinical assessment
The investigator observed an overall improvement in skin appearance in 62.5% of participants after three months, using the protocol’s clinical assessment.
A closer look at visible results
Day 0
Day 90
A photograph shows an individual experience. Group measurements add perspective across all participants.
Interpreting a comparison requires knowing the time between images, the photographic conditions and the parameter being assessed. A PRIMOS wrinkle reconstruction and a face photograph document different things. The best individual cases do not represent the average result.
The results here concern skin. This study did not measure facial bone structure, collagen production, ATP or cellular ageing, and did not compare AGELESS with retinol or a cream.
A new place in your skincare routine
AGELESS expresses our vision of skincare: looking beyond the surface, selecting ingredients with purpose and evaluating the complete formula. Its two-capsule daily ritual fits alongside the skincare you have already chosen.
Discover AGELESS and its formulation
AGELESS received the Top Innovation distinction at the Victoires de la Beauté 2025–2026. This consumer-testing distinction is separate from the Complife evaluation presented here.
